Welcome to the BADGERS Atherstone 10k road race.

The 5th BA10k road race will take place on Sunday 26th August 2018.

BADGERS, a UKA affiliated running club are pleased to host this exciting event centred on the pretty market town of Atherstone in Warwickshire. This event promises to offer a challenging course taking in the beautiful North Warwickshire countryside including exclusive access through the private Merevale Estate.
The race starts on Long Street and finishes in historic Market Square, providing a number of public houses and cafes looking forward to welcoming you.

The ethos of BADGERS will be central to this event, offering friendly supportive running for all abilities. With a generous cut-off time, appropriately closed roads and massive support from both the local council and commercial enterprise, the BADGERS promise a memorable event.

The BA10k welcome entries from disabled athletes. Please contact the Race Director, in advance of entering, to discuss your needs and requirements.

With free downloadable race photography, technical t-shirt, a unique medal for all finishers and a goody bag funded through local business, the BADGERS are confident that this will be an enjoyable race for all participants.

The race is chip timed and UKA Licensed (license pending) with an official certificate of accuracy issued by UK and IAAF Road Racing Course Measurement.
